4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the Service, attempt to disrupt its infrastructure, or use it for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

IndexWire and its original content remain the property of IndexWire Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of any content you submit.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. IndexWire Pty Ltd does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndexWire Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
