A brand's mention frequency relative to competitors across a defined set of AI prompts or search queries.
Share of voice in AI search measures how often a brand appears in AI-generated responses compared to its competitors when users ask questions relevant to the brand's category. Unlike traditional share of voice based on ad impressions or SERP presence, AI share of voice must be calculated across multiple platforms and thousands of prompt variations to account for response variability.
